About OFIS
“Facilitation of Distant Fisheries Industry Overseas Expansion” 
- Purpose
OFIS is a website to systematically collect and integrate the information from Korea Overseas Fisheries Association (KOFA), related organizations and foreign on-site institutions about foreign investment on the overseas fisheries industry to provide necessary information for efficient overseas expansion of Korean businesses.
Basis for PromotionFollowing Article 19 of the Distant Water Fisheries Development Act and Article 20 of its executive decree, the Korean Overseas Fisheries Cooperation Center (KOFCC) under KOFA operates OFIS to provide One-Stop Service for easy access to information on overseas industrial foreign investment

- Data on major coastal states, including fisheries, aquaculture, manufacture, retail
- Laws of major coastal states related to fisheries and Investment
- Global trends on the overseas industry including international organizations
- Financial information on foreign investments, investment counciling materials, publications, professional expert DB; and
- Economic situations, investment environments and market trends of main coastal states
